Prawn, chilli and garlic spaghetti November 12, 2016

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 10 mins or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking water.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and chilli and cook for 3 mins or until softened. Add the napoletana sauce and reserved cooking water and bring to a simmer. Add prawns and cook for 2 mins or until heated through. Add pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Divide among serving bowls and top with basil leaves to serve.
