Whitebait Rolls September 9, 2025

Ingredients

• 1 cup whitebait
• 1 cup cold mashed potatoes
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 cup flour
• 2oz butter
• 1 egg
• Salt and pepper

Method

1. Mix flour, baking powder and potatoes.
2. Add melted butter and beaten egg. Roll out and spread evenly with whitebait, onion, pepper and salt, then roll up.
3. Bake in pie dish for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celcius
4. Serve and enjoy
